Staying in Touch

Our newsletter is the key means of communicating essential information to all our parents and families. We provide each family with a paper copy on a Friday. A digital copy is also emailed to each family and you will also find it on our website. If you still can’t find one to read, you will find spare copies in our foyer! When you check the newsletter, you will find a list of the letters, which have been sent out with the children. Please check you have received what has been sent home. If you haven’t done so already, please explore our website

Parentmail is another means of keeping you informed, especially if we need to share information with you quickly. Make sure that you let us know of any changes to your contact details or you might miss out on important information sent by email under normal circumstances and text in emergency.

In the event of snow, we shall use our website to let you know by 7.30 am if we are open or not. Please be assured that Greenfield would only be closed in the most compelling of circumstances, when the safety of our children and staff would be at risk. Information would also be provided to Beacon, Heart and The Bridge radio stations.
