Christmas at Greenfield

We are all really looking forward to next week’s Christmas Fair on Friday 7 December from 6.00-8.00 pm. This is not just one of our major annual fundraisers but also an evening when our school community comes together, enabling new and old friends to meet and socialise. Please do your very best to come along, join in and support our school.

We welcome all our parents and families to ‘Carols by Candlelight’ on Monday 17 December in our hall at 6.30 pm. This is a family event with performances from our choir and all the children, who are learning musical instruments. Come along and enjoy mulled wine, mince pies and community carol singing to get you in the mood for Christmas.

Everyone in our extended Greenfield family is warmly invited to join us for our traditional Christmas Carol Service in the beautiful setting of St Thomas’s Church on Tuesday 18 December from 10.00-11.00 am. If you haven’t got into the spirit of Christmas by the last week of term, our traditional service with carols, readings and a Nativity is guaranteed to get you feeling suitably seasonal.

Our final Christmas events for our children take place on Thursday 20 December, the penultimate day of term, with our annual talent show, ‘Greenfield’s Got Talent’, in the morning and Class Christmas Parties in the afternoon. Children are welcome to wear their party clothes to school.
