You should have received your child’s end of year report yesterday. I have really enjoyed reading the reports, which reflect each child’s effort, attainment and progress. If you have not done so already, please do take the time to read and discuss the report with your child. This is an important opportunity for you to recognise and celebrate your child’s achievements and look at how you can help them to do even better next year. We look forward to seeing as many of our parents as possible at our drop-in Parents’ Evening next week on Monday 16 July from 3.30-5.00 pm. Miss Jones (Greenland) will be unavailable on Monday, so she will be running a session on Tuesday 17 July from 3.30-5pm. We do hope you will come into school with your child(ren), so that they can show you their work in their books and on displays. We would be grateful if you could complete and return your child’s report comment slip by Thursday 19 July.
We are keen to involve you fully in your child’s education and value your support. Parents’ attendance at our ‘Share the Learning’ assemblies this week has been superb, but don’t forget that there are six more next week! It has been great to have received so much positive feedback and to know that you value these special celebrations of learning as much as we do.
